I knew absolutely nothing about Tash Sultana before this gig, and precious little about they/them afterwards.  Other than they/them utilises technology to build up songs in layers, some of which worked well.  Other less so.  And they/them has a very popular song called Jungle.

They/them is also, I learned, a bit of a hypocrite.  As an individual who frequently puts themselves forward as a beacon of inclusivity, I was slightly taken aback at her poking fun (body shaming?) at one particular audience member down the front for looking like her grandad.

So much for inclusivity then.
